NCI Cambridge 184 for 7 (Beagle 70, Bradshaw 28, Drinky 3 for 25, Nadim 2 for 35). Match drawn.
With Ali summoned from his northern lair by Ellen, and NCI kindly lending us opening bat Charlotte Graham and bowlers Will Glasse and Nadim Ahmed, the Blues were able to put out eleven players on our first ever game in Cambridge. Not only playing in the city of large punts (more later from Skips) but on Parkers Piece we were treading in the footsteps of the greatest English batsman, Sir Jack Hobbs.
